The current Dimple Name Slip format

Dimple’s current Name Slip order is one printed 12 × 18-inch sheet with 25 slips: 20 large slips measuring 8.5 × 5 cm and 5 small slips measuring 5 × 4 cm.

Each sheet is personalized for one child. The current form asks for a child photo, full name, class or grade, roll number, section or division, and school name. The subject area stays blank so it can be written for the individual book or notebook.

• Prepare the spelling of the child’s name exactly as the school uses it.
• Keep class, section, roll number, and school name ready where the school requires them.
• Use a clear photo only when you are the parent or guardian, or have that permission.

Plan before you choose a design

Choose a design after the practical details are settled. A theme can help a child recognise a book or notebook, but the identifying information should remain easy to read.

There is no single right quantity for every child’s school list. Count the actual items first, then compare that count with the 25 slips in the current Dimple sheet.
