Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Dimple processes, prepares, ships and supports orders for personalized stickers, school name slips and storybooks across India.

Order Processing Time

Orders are reviewed after checkout to confirm product details, personalization inputs, uploaded photo consent and delivery information. Order review usually takes 1-2 working days.

Personalization Production Time

Because Dimple products are personalized, final artwork and production are prepared after order review. Most personalized sticker and name slip orders require 3-5 working days for artwork and production. Storybook production may require 5-7 working days depending on artwork complexity and order volume.

Shipping Timeline and Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 5-8 working days depending on the destination PIN code, courier serviceability and local conditions. Remote locations may take longer.

Courier Partners and Tracking

We may ship through reliable courier partners available for the delivery location. Tracking details are shared by email, phone or WhatsApp when available. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown in the cart and checkout before payment. Free shipping offers, if active, are applied automatically according to the order value and website offer rules shown at checkout.

Delays

Delivery can be delayed due to weather, courier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, payment verification, production load or local restrictions. We will help track the shipment, but courier timelines after dispatch are partly outside our direct control.

Damaged Parcel Process

If the parcel is visibly damaged, please take photos or a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the packaging until the issue is reviewed. We will assess the case and offer a replacement or suitable resolution if the damage is confirmed.
