Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes. Every Dimple product is preview-before-ordering — you add your child's photo and details, see a preview, and only pay once you're happy with it.
How much do Dimple products cost?
Personalized stickers and school name slips are ₹399 each, and personalized storybooks are ₹1,399. A digital-only sticker file is ₹99. Delivery is free on orders of ₹439 or more.
How many name slips come in one order?
One name slip order is a single printed sheet of 25 personalized name slips in a standard size — enough to label notebooks, books, bottles and other school essentials.
How is my child's photo used, and is it safe?
Your photo is used only to create your preview and to print your personalized product. It is kept private, never sold, and not used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need permission to upload a child's photo?
Yes. You must be at least 18 and be the parent or guardian — or have the parent or guardian's permission — to upload a child's photo and details.
What kind of photo gives the best result?
Use a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo where your child's face is fully visible. Good lighting and a sharp image give the best printed keepsake.
Can I return or get a refund?
Personalized products made from an approved preview are not change-of-mind returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours for a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.
How long does delivery take?
Printed orders are usually dispatched within a few working days of preview approval. Delivery time then depends on your location in India.
